How do you choice a best hand saw

Customers often say and ask ---" Saw is just a saw. Its function is just to cut things. What is the difference? ". This parlance is just right for a very small part that is cutting. Cutting is the common function of all saws (In our eyes, some saws do not even have this function), and cutting is the reason why people use saws. Is saw just saw without any other differences?. Now we will let you understand your saws by following manufacturing methods. With our explanation, you will understand if you select a proper product or better quality with reasonable price when you sell and purchase saws.

At first, the method of manufacture of blade can be distinguished as the following 5 types:

a:	The blade is manufactured to be the shape of tooth by Press and Milling Cutter directly. Then, the blade is separated to be right and left sides by Saw Set Tool. This type is the commonest , cheapest, most toilsome and time-wasting product.
b:	File out a. to be triangular teeth by File. This type is better than a. in use.
c:	The blade is grinded to be the shape of tooth by wheel directly and separated to be right and left sides by Saw Set Tool . Because this blade has the Knife Angle, its use is improved more than a. and b..
d:	Its teeth are manufactured as c., and the arc stripes are grinded on the surface of blade. Because it also manufactures by Saw Set Tool, there is not much help in use.
e:	Two sides of blade are grinded to be two arcs(See the drawing). Then the blade is Form Grinded by the high-technology CBN Diamond Wheel directly. After some processings, the teeth with Top Angle, Side Angle and Knife Angle are manufactured. This saw is easier to use, and its cutting side is more tidier, flatter and smoother. This manufacturing technology of hand saw is the most superior technology at present. Because the Know How of every manufacturer's processing is different, the tactile sense and the cutting side will be very different in use.

Besides the above differences of manufacture, everyone should have such a problem in use---"Why does the saw bend without straight when cutting? ". Generally speaking, most reasons are the bad quality of products besides a few reasons of incongruous manual action. We can list the following two defects:
